



STORAGE AND SHARING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE DATA
The Oklahoma Department of Labor (“ODOL”) may collect personally identifiable data during the course of executing its statutorily mandated duties. This personally identifiable data may include information which can identify an individual including, but not limited to: name; birth date; place of birth; biometric records (fingerprints); Social Security number; official state- or government-issued driver license or identification number; alien registration number; government passport number; employer or taxpayer identification number; check drafts; paystubs; copies of IRS Form W2 or 1099; certificates and examination results; photographs; and medical, financial, or employment information.
This data is stored electronically on a server operated by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Fingerprint cards are forwarded to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and are not stored by ODOL. Personally identifiable data collected by the ODOL shall be kept confidential, except as disclosure may be required pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. § 24A.1 et seq. Social Security numbers included in a record are kept confidential and are redacted or deleted prior to release of the record by ODOL. See 51 O.S. § 24A.5.
