Thanks to Representative Leslie Osborn and Senator Ron Justice, House Bill 2622 regarding the Alternative Fuels Program was signed by Governor Fallin. Below is a summary of the changes occurring under this bill.

Changes as they relate to Alternative Fuels Fill Stations:
- A charge of $250 per dispenser meter, capped at $1,000, will be charged for the annual renewal of an Alternative Fuels Installation Certification
Changes as they relate to Alternative Fuels Trainees:
- The Oklahoma Department of Labor can now issue Alternative Fuels Compression Trainee certificates
- A $25 fee will be charged for the issuance of an Alternative Fuels Equipment Trainee certificate
- A $25 fee will be charged for the issuance of an Alternative Fuels Compression Trainee certificate
