Executive Order 2018-02 directed the Oklahoma Department of Labor to become the central coordinating entity for the reporting of occupational licensing information from state agencies, boards and commissions.

In December 2016, Governor Fallin called for the formation of the Occupational Licensing Task Force to study the issue of occupational licensing in Oklahoma and to provide recommendations by December 2017. Task Force members include:
