The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is committed to establishing collaborative relationships with Oklahoma's tribal nations recognizing their sovereign status and contributions to creating a healthier Oklahoma.
Systems of Care is an approach to service that recognizes the importance of family, school and community, and seeks to promote the full potential of every child and youth by addressing their physical, emotional, intellectual, cultural and social needs. A component of OKSOC is "Wraparound", a team -based approach to designing and implementing individualized service/support plans for children with emotional/behavioral disorders and their families. There are 77 Systems of Care sites covering 71 counties. TO locate an Oklahoma Systems of care site, contact (405) 533-4151.
