The OCSW host annual and bi-annual events in support of its legislated duties. We also conduct biennial Summits with our community partners and other key agencies and stakeholders. Most events are free and open to the public.
- The annual Kate Barnard Awards ceremony and luncheon is held the fourth Thursday in February. During this event we recognize women who have made a difference in Oklahoma though outstanding service as public servants.
- The annual Guardian Award is held at the State Capitol on the last Thursday in May. The Award is presented to elected officials who have made significant governmental contributions to guarding, protecting and preserving the rights of women and families.
- The biennial Women’s Hall of Fame is held in April and is currently held at the Oklahoma History Center, 800 Nazih Zuhdi Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73105. Applications for the 2017 class of inductees will open this fall.
