The Freestanding Multidisciplinary Teams (FSMDT) program and the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth (OCCY) uses grant funds to sponsor free professional development training to multidisciplinary and other professionals in the field of child maltreatment as well as the public with the goal of enhancing the investigative, administrative, and judicial handling of cases of child abuse and neglect in Oklahoma.
