The Online MVR service is currently under maintenance. Customers can access a certified MVR paper copy by coming in person to DPS HQ 3600 MLK Blvd. OKC, OK 73111 or request one by mail by completing the request form located online. A non-certified copy may be purchased at any Motor License Agents (Tag Agencies).
