To protect and promote health of the citizens of Tillman County to prevent disease and injury, and to assure the conditions by which our citizens can be healthy.
Improve health status of Tillman County by providing services, identifying, and responding to health threats, providing timely and accurate information, enforcing laws that protect health and providing quality services to prevent and control disease.

Whether or not you utilize the services provided by Tillman County Health Department we provide protection to our community through local inspections of restaurants, along with giving infant immunizations and investigating disease outbreaks. We are committed to providing information and services to the community of Tillman County.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and for the safety of our staff and clients the following measures have been enacted:
- No group classes are being held at this time.
- WIC services are being provided over the phone (580-335-2163).
- All staff and clients are being screened when entering the building as follows:
- Taking a forehead temperature
- Asking 3 questions:
- Have you had a fever?
- Have you had a cough?
- Have you had shortness of breath?
