Logan County Food Services and Lodging Inspections
An inspection is a snapshot in time. A review of the inspection history is a better indicator of an establishment's operational conditions.
Food service establishment frequency of inspection is based on the type of food service operation.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health maintains a statewide Food Services Inspections Database on its home website. For your convenience, Logan County Health Department has compiled a log of food service inspections performed specifically in Logan County. This inspection log is updated quarterly throughout the year. In addition, Logan County Health Department has compiled a log of lodging service inspections specific to Logan County, also updated quarterly. Both of these inspection logs are available by clicking on the links in the blue column on the left side of the page. Inspections are listed in order by the date they were conducted. If you are looking for a particular food or lodging establishment, each log is in a format that allows you to perform a word search.
To provide for a more complete understanding of the inspection logs, Logan County Health Department has also provided two additional documents. One is a guide to understanding the various entries on the inspection log. The other is a blank inspection form so you can see what the violation codes mean.
Enforcement activities taken against a food service or lodging establishment are a matter of public record. For your convenience, Logan County Health Department has created the notification tab at the left to inform the public.
