Jackson County Health Department
The Jackson County Health Department offers immunizations during normal business hours: Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Clients who make appointments will have priority. Walk-ins will be seen based on staff availability. In order to better serve you, please call 580-482-7308 to check service availability.
If your child has private insurance, a claim may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be notified with a statement from OSDH of your responsibility for any co-pays, deductibles or charges that are denied by your insurance company. Please review your insurance coverage prior to your visit. Payment is not required for services. Please do not allow your inability to pay restrict future visits. The Jackson County Health Department does not charge a fee for Vaccines for Children (VFC) eligible children through the age of 18. (Vaccines for Children Information & Requirements)

How can I get copies of my child’s shot records?
If you or your child have ever received immunizations through any county health department and you need a copy of that shot record, you may request a copy at the front desk. One will be provided to you at the end of your visit. For additional information please call 580-482-7308. Adult Immunization Services
The Jackson County Health Department provides adult immunizations to insured and non-insured individuals. Based on federal grants, age restrictions, insurance, sliding scale fees, etc., charges may be applied. Please call us at 580-482-7308 with questions.
