Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Purpose: To prevent the occurrence or spread of sexually transmitted diseases from person to person by education and preventive measures.

Services: Physical examination based on symptoms. Testing is always confidential. Anyone is eligible for services.

May include laboratory tests for:

  • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhea
  • Syphilis
  • HIV/AIDS

Fees: No fee is charged.

Hours: STD exams are currently provided on a walk-in basis between the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:30 p.m. There are a pre-determined number of appointments available in the morning and afternoon depending on staff availability. For questions please call (580) 482-7308.

REMINDER – Children are NOT allowed in the exam room during Family Planning or STD visits. If you bring children to your appointment or walk-in visit for these services you will be asked to reschedule.
