General Walk-In Clinic Hours

High demand may limit availability of some services, please call ahead to ensure your need can be met.

Notice: If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will be rescheduled. Reduced staffing no longer permits us to work in late arrivals.


Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (please check in by 4:00 p.m.)
Head lice checks, pregnancy tests, emergency contraception, and immunizations.

STD Clinic: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.  NOTICE: Effective August 21, 2017 appointments will be required for STD testing.

A limited number of slots are available for STD testing, and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Testing is available for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV. Treatment is available for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.  We do not test for HPV, herpes, or treat genital warts or HIV.

Note: We do not offer Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for high risk exposure to HIV. For more information on PEP, please go to:  https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/pep.html

REMINDER – Children are NOT allowed in the exam room during Family Planning or STD visits.  If you bring children to your appointment or walk-in visit for these services you will be asked to reschedule.

Tuberculosis Walk-In Clinic: Monday-Wednesday 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Skin tests and medication done in clinic. Criteria is needed for a TB Skin Test, see Frequently Asked Questions.

WIC: By Appointment Only

Certification and re-certification appointments by appointment only. Transferring clients need to bring proof of ID for self and children and should bring proof of address. Individual Nutrition Education classes by appointment only.

Family Planning: By Appointment Only

Annual Exam is done by appointment only, one yearly or transfer in from another clinic. Contraceptive pick-up or evaluation Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (please check in by 4:00 p.m.)

Dental services are available to children through the age of 19 and pregnant women in the second trimester and who do not have Medicaid or dental insurance.

Behavioral Health, Child Development, Speech-Language Pathology, and Audiology for children through 12 years of age.

Environmental Health:

Food Handler Class:
A $5 charge (cash or money order only) applies to attend class and photo ID is required. Attendees must arrive 20-30 minutes prior to class.


Norman (English): Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. & Thursday at 3:30 p.m.

Norman (Spanish): 1st Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. (video & test in Spanish) & 3rd Wednesday of the month at 3:30 p.m.(video & test in Spanish) (Primer Miercoles del mes en 9:00 a.m. ( video y prueba en Espanol) Tercer Miercoles del mes en 3:30 p.m. (video y prueba en Espanol.)
