Children First Pregnancy and Parenting The Children First Program is a family support and prevention program for families who are expecting their first child. This program will teach you the things you need to know about being pregnant. Also, it teaches you the skills you need to be a good parent. The program is voluntary and does not replace your health care provider or family doctor. Qualifications for Enrollment
Personal Care Home visits are a key part of the Children First program. Nurses give personal care to you and your baby during your pregnancy and the first two years of the child's life. Activities provided by nurses try to involve everyone in raising the baby. The nurses focuses on:
