Caddo County Health Department
Caddo County Health Department Family Planning Services helps prevent unplanned pregnancies. We help families and individuals to plan and space their children. These services are available to both women and men.

Services are provided on a voluntary and confidential basis to men and women of reproductive age. There is a focus for those who are uninsured and do not qualify for Medicaid (Sooner Care).
A sliding scale is used. Fees are based on household income. No one is refused services based on inability to pay. Some insurance plans are accepted.
How to make an appointment
Family Planning exams are available by appointment only. Call (405) 247-2507 to schedule your appointment.
For other Family Planning Services including pill pick-up, method changes, and Depo-Provera injections clients who make appointments will have priority. Walk-ins will be seen based on staff availability. In order to better serve you, please call to check service availability (405-247-2507).
If you are a Sooner Care participant, please try to make an appointment with your provider for this service.
Parental consent is not necessary but highly recommended.
