"Pursuing a Healthier Community for All of Us"

With its rich history and friendly faces, Beaver County is a great place to call home.  Community spirit runs deep here and our citizens take pride in taking care of their own.  At the Beaver County Health Department, we are proud to provide services across the life span.

Our work touches every person in Beaver County, everyday.  We promote healthy behaviors with an emphasis on prevention and early detection and work to prevent illness and injuries.  We strive to prevent the spread of disease by protecting the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe.

With so much information available on the web these days, it's difficult to find what you are looking for.  This web site is designed to help you find programs and services available whatever your age might be or need might be.  It also provides links to other sites with trusted information.  We hope you will find it not only helpful, but easy to use.

Please call for an appointment if you are traveling to visit our site.  Walk-in's are welcome, however, we will see clients that have appointments first and walk-in's as time allows.

Our office is located on the South side of Beaver, Highway 270 South.  It is the brick building on the East side of the road going South.

Services are offered between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

OSDH has released information regarding the Zika Virus here.
