Testing
You are to contact a technology center test site to make a testing appointment for the written examination BEFORE submitting your Application for Outdoor Display Operator.
A list of technology centers is available at www.okhcp.com under the State Fire Marshal tab.
You will need to present valid and current photo identification issued by a U.S. government entity.
No code books, notes or other loose documents may be brought into the testing facility - resources will be collected by the test site coordinator.
Upon receipt of your completed Application, requested documentation and required licensing fees, your test results will be verified and your license will be processed and mailed to the address provided on your Application.
