Beginning January 2015, County committees receiving in excess of $1,000 or with expenditures in excess of $1,000 will file paper reports with the County Election Board. Please use the following fillable forms for submission:

For new filers, the initial personal financial disclosure statement (PFD) must be filed within 30 days of assuming office for a full or partial term. This filing will cover January 1st through December 31st of the calendar year prior to taking office. After the initial filing has been completed, the filer will file annual personal financial disclosure statements between January 1st and May 15th of each year. No individual is required to file more than one financial disclosure statement for any calendar year. All personal financial disclosure statements cover the prior calendar year. For example, a form filed in 2018 will cover calendar year 2017. Please file this form with the County Election Board.

REPORTING DATES: File reports quarterly, unless an election is held before the next quarterly report is due. If an election is held use the Pre and Post-Election Reporting information below.

POST-ELECTION REPORTING: Begin with the date following the last date covered by a Contributions and Expenditures Report and end on the last date of the period covered by the next quarterly report.
Political Committees Reporting Dates:
Quarterly filing according to the Candidates non-election year schedule.
Two weeks prior to elections. Independent Expenditure or Electioneering Reports may be due during the two weeks prior to an election if the committee makes and independent expenditure or electioneering communication in excess of $5,000.00 prior to an election.
• For IE/EC expenditures made more than 15 days prior to an election, a report is due no earlier than fourteen (14) days prior to the election and no later than eight (8) days before an election.
• For IE/EC expenditures made within the last 14 days of an election, a report is due no later than the business day following the day the expenditure is made.
