|Ashley Kemp, Executive Director|
Ashley Kemp currently serves as Executive Director of the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, unanimously appointed to the position by the Commission after her service as Deputy Director for the Commission. Kemp came to the Commission following her tenure as General Counsel to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. In 2016 and 2017, Kemp served on the Program Committee for the annual conferences for the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws (“COGEL”). In 2017, Kemp was nominated and appointed to a four year term on the Steering Committee for COGEL. She currently serves as the Secretary member of the Committee and co-chair of the Innovation & Modernization Committee.
Long dedicated to state service, Kemp also served as legal counsel to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Kemp earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
|Stephanie McCord, General Counsel|
Stephanie McCord serves as the General Counsel for the Oklahoma Ethics Commission. She began serving the Commission as a Legal Intern in June 2014 and later went on to serve as the Director of Compliance from July 1, 2015 to November 8, 2019. Stephanie received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Oklahoma and a juris doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
|Pamela Williams, Senior Compliance Officer/Investigator|
|Pamela Williams is the Senior Compliance Officer/Investigator at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission since March 2020 after serving as a Compliance Officer from August 2014. She previously served the Oklahoma State Election Board since 2001 as a Graphic Artist and then as the Information Technology Coordinator at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Prior to that she spent several years in the private sector in administration and advertising. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma and additional studies at Oklahoma State University in Police Science/Forensic Science.|
|Tiffany Elcyzyn, Compliance Officer|
|Tiffany Elcyzyn is the Compliance Officer, serving since November 2017. She served the State of Oklahoma as a 2016 Session Legislative Assistant for the House of Representatives and Executive Assistant at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission since September 2016. She has worked in the private sector in marketing, advertising, and administration. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.|
|Darci McKee, Compliance Officer|
|Darci McKee is a Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since September 2015. She previously worked for an Oklahoma based Campaign Finance Reporting company, as Reporting Specialist for 7 ½ years. Prior to this, she has spent numerous years in the private sector in Human Resources and Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Merchandising and Business.|
|Ariel Koerner, Executive Assistant|
Ariel Koerner is the Executive Assistant at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since November 2017. Prior to serving as Executive Assistant, she worked in the private sector in financial services. She studied vocal performance and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma Baptist University.
