Ashley Kemp is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Ethics Commission since July 1, 2016, after serving as Deputy Director since April 2013. She has previously served as General Counsel to the House of Representatives, Deputy General Counsel to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, and Assistant General Counsel to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Ashley graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004.
Jan Preslar is the General Counsel of the Oklahoma Ethics Commission since March 2017. Prior to serving as General Counsel, Jan served as Deputy Attorney General and Chief of the General Counsel Unit at the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office. Jan received a J.D. from Oklahoma City University and a B.S. and M.Ag. in Mechanized Agriculture from Texas A&M University.
Stephanie Black is the Compliance Director at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission. She began serving the Commission as a Legal Intern in June 2014. Stephanie received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 and a juris doctor degree from Oklahoma City University in 2016.
Tiffany Elcyzyn is the Executive Assistant at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission since September 2016. She served the State of Oklahoma as a 2016 Session Legislative Assistant for the House of Representatives. She has worked in the private sector in marketing, advertising, and administration. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
Darci McKee is a Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since September 2015. She previously worked for an Oklahoma based Campaign Finance Reporting company, as Reporting Specialist for 7 ½ years. Prior to this, she has spent numerous years in the private sector in Human Resources and Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Merchandising and Business.
Bobbi Moore is a Compliance Office at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since July 2016. She has served the State of Oklahoma since 2002. She previously worked in Budget and Financial Management at Agency Business Services, a division of Office of Management and Enterprise Services. She has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Business Administration and additional studies in Animal Science at Oklahoma State University.
Pamela Williams is the Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission serving since August of 2014. She previously served the State of Oklahoma since 2001 as a Graphic Artist at the Oklahoma State Election Board and then as the Information Technology Coordinator at the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Prior to that she spent several years in the private sector in administration and advertising. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma and additional studies at Oklahoma State University in Police Science/Forensic Science.
