Bail Bond (Court Requested) Suspensions where a driver, who has been issued a moving traffic citation, either:

  1. Fails to Appear in court as directed on the citation.

  2. Fails to Pay Fine and Costs to a court concerning a moving traffic citation.

  3. Fails to Satisfy Sentence of the municipal court where the driver was under 18 years of age.

  4. Fails to Appear in court on a citation concerning No Insurance.
