

The District Services Division serves as a liaison to conservation district boards and employees to enhance the capabilities of districts to deliver a variety of services and programs. District Services provides:
A centralized contact point for the state's conservation districts requesting assistance from the Oklahoma Conservation Commission staff.
Staff to attend district board meetings and work in district offices to assist in interfacing with other agency representatives on issues and capacity-building opportunities for districts.
Training and professional development for both conservation district employees and directors.
Assistance to districts on legal affairs, natural resource planning and reporting, district board functions, human relations, conflict resolution, and finance and personnel management.
