Approved Continuing Education - In State
Any Association or any Chiropractic College applying for continuing education shall submit a fee of $300 for each individual course/seminar.
If the course has multiple modules and/or dates, they are considered individually. Therefore, each module or course with multiple dates will be $300 each.
All continuing education applications shall be submitted 90 days prior to the course/seminar being administered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All applications that do not have the appropriate fees, documentation, or are not filled out properly, will not be accepted!
