Upon receipt of the above documents, your name will be placed on the Board Meeting agenda for the next meeting, in order to sit for the JP Exam. Once you have been approved, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the exam online.
These items can be submitted to the Board Office after your initial application, we will not license you until all documentation is received:
You can refer to the 'Applicant Check List' above for the complete list of requirements.
*National Background Check:
This will be mailed to you once we receive your application for licensure. Included will be instructions, two fingerprint cards, and sample. Those will need to be mailed back to the Board Office for us to process your National Background Check through the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations (OSBI). If you fail to submit the documents properly, everything will be mailed back to you to resubmit, results in delaying the application process.
*Money Orders or Cashier's Checks:
The application and examination fee may be submitted together all on one check or separate. Again, no personal or business checks are accepted.
