- DME Reuse
Recipients in need get durable medical equipment (DME), increase their quality of life, and gain independence.
Any Oklahoman who is in need of DME, regardless of income, is eligible for the program. Priority will be given to SoonerCare members, but any Oklahoman is eligible to receive DME with a completed application.
OKDMERP retrieves donated equipment; sanitizes and refurbishes devices returning them to peak performance; works with DME vendors to repair equipment if needed to ensure quality; and reassigns DME to the best matched Oklahoman.
Individuals can also check the Oklahoma Equipment Exchange for needed assistive technology (AT).
An application is required to begin the process of matching equipment with an eligible Oklahoman. You may submit your application online or print your application and send to OKDMERP via mail, fax, or email.
