Licensing and Application

The Licensing Department is tasked with the processing of all new, renewal, and change applications for all entities required to obtain a license in accordance with Oklahoma State Statutes; ensuring that the licenses are issued in a timely fashion; and establishing and maintaining the paper and computerized master files. For convenience the department has been divided into two (2) sections: a section which handles the licensing of businesses and organizations and a section which handles the licensing of individuals who work in licensed businesses and organizations.

License applications may be submitted by mailing the application to: 3812 N. Santa Fe, Suite 200, Oklahoma City, OK 73118 by certified mail ,by bringing the application to the administrative offices (Office hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday), or by applying online. License fees may be paid by cash, cashier check, money order,  personal check or credit card.
