Luke Simms

Mr. Simms supervises activities concerning administrative hearings, human resources, and legislative tracking and reporting. Mr. Simms has worked for the ABLE Commission in a number of positions for over 20 years. Mr. Simms is a graduate of Oklahoma City University Law School, is a certified agency grievance manager, and is an alternative dispute resolution facilitator and mediator. Mr. Simms has completed Certified Personnel Professional Training through the Office of Personnel Management and holds an advanced peace officer certification through CLEET.
