Application For Oklahoma Youth Leadership Forum
A select group of teenagers, among the Oklahoman teens who have developmental disabilities, are invited to attend the annual Youth Leadership Forum every year in June.
To be eligible to attend, a student must be an Oklahoma resident in 10th or 11th grade, returning to high school for the next school year, and have a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The application deadline is early March, and all eligible students are encouraged to apply.

The application deadline for 2011 has passed, however; we are accepting applications for 2012. Show your intent to apply by completing Part 1 now. The 2012 forum will take place June 12 – 16, 2012.
