Carolyn Gregg Hill, appointed by Frank Keating, 9-29-00, term was to end 7-1-02; Succeeded Philip Anderson. Resigned December 31, 2001.

Philip W. Anderson, appointed by Frank Keating, 9-25-98, term to end 6-30-02; Succeeded Richard Rice. Resigned November 2000.
Charles A. Kothe, Chair; appointed 7-1-95 by Frank Keating, term ended officially 7-1-00, served with no one appointed to replace him until 10-9-00. Succeeded James G. Caster. Previously appointed by Henry Bellmon, 11-3-88 to serve until 1993, succeeding Charles Ellis; resigned 11-9-89 from that position.
Darren Derryberry, appointed 11-10-93 by David Walters, term ended officially 7-1-98, served with no one appointed to replace him until 8-11-99. Succeeded Charles Ellis.
Richard R. Rice, appointed 7-1-97 by Frank Keating, term was to end 6-30-02; succeeding Ron Dye; resigned 7-25-98 following election to Midwest City City Council.
Ron Dye, appointed 12-10-93 by David Walters, term ended 7-1-97, succeeded Karen Long.
Charles Ellis, appointed 12-21-89 by Henry Bellmon, term ended 7-1-93, succeeded Charles Kothe (resigned).

James G. Caster, Chair; appointed as Chairman by Henry Bellmon 11-13-89, succeeding Nelson Keller, reappointed by Gov. Bellmon 7-1-90, term ending 6-30-95.

Nelson Keller; Chairman; appointed as member 5-1-81 by George Nigh, succeeding Shelton James, reappointed by Gov. Nigh 5-30-84, term ending 7-1-88; appointed as Chairman by Gov. Nigh 12-18-86, to replace Fred Boston who died, for a term to end 6-30-87.......although his Board membership was to continue to 6-30-88.

Shelton James, appointed 10-9-79 by George Nigh, term ending 7-1-83, succeeding Terry West. resign in Spring of 1981 upon his election to the Bethany City Council.

Donald Copelin, Acting Chair; appointed 1-28-78 by David Boren to a term ending 7-1-82, succeeding Myrna Burman; reappointed 8-5-82 by George Nigh, to a term ending 7-1-87; he was acting Chairman from Fred Boston’s death in 1986 until Nelson Keller’s appointment later that year.

Fred Boston, Chair; an original member, appointed as Member 8-7-72 by David Hall, term ending 7-1-75; appointed Chairman by David Boren, succeeding Gobel Cravens; reappointed as Chairman 7-1-80, and again 7-1-85, by George Nigh; died in office November 1986.

Terry West - Appointed member 1975 to take position of Fred Boston on Board when Mr. Boston replaced Gobel Cravens as Chairman. resigned 8-24-78
