The Oklahoma Voter Registration Application Form may be used only by residents of the State of Oklahoma.
To receive an Oklahoma Voter Registration Application Form by U.S. Mail, provide the following information and click on the Submit request box. Use the Tab key on your keyboard to move from one field to the next. Allow 7-10 days for receipt of the form.
Note: Some browsers may correctly capture the e-mail address and subject line for the above form but fail to send the information you enter. If you click on the Submit request box and your e-mail program presents you with the screen on which you usually create a new e-mail message, simply send your name and address as ordinary e-mail.
