Accessibility Self-Assessment Survey
The Oklahoma Arts Council encourages all organizations to complete this survey to assist you in evaluating your organization’s policies, practices and programs to make certain they are equally available to people with and without disabilities. The survey was developed at the direction of the Council’s Task Force on Accessibility in the Arts. Task force members included:
- Cyndi Vetter, House Manager, Tulsa Performing Arts Center, Tulsa
- Melvena Heisch, Deputy State Historic Preservation Officer, Oklahoma Historical Society, Oklahoma City
- Tony Adams, former architect who specialized in, among other things, design for physical accessibility, Durham
- Mark Seibold, architect; currently City Planner, City of Choctaw
- Helen Kutz, Progressive Independence; Olmstead Training Project (Training Coordinator), Norman
- Tom Lee, artist - photographer, Oklahoma City
