Eligibility for the Oklahoma Touring Roster

1. Artists must be current Oklahoma residents; ensembles or groups must be based in Oklahoma

2. Artists must have presented concerts, performances, workshops or lecture/demonstrations in locations away from their home community at least twice in the past year

3. Artists/Groups must have collective touring experience of no less than two (2) years

4. Artists representing cultural traditions must show evidence of authenticity

5. Artists/groups must have an already established media kit/press packet and marketing plan

6. The Council is not currently accepting applications from clowns, balloon artists, magicians or animal impersonators.
   

Qualities expected of Oklahoma Touring Roster artists

1. Ability to present a professional-level product of high artistic quality

2. Capacity to keep time and scheduling commitments

3. Willingness to work within a wide range of community attitudes and values

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
