Produce the highest level of service to the citizens of Oklahoma by managing agency resources in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
Grants:
- Maintain, evaluate and improve the e-grant system.
- Initiate a direct-deposit grant disbursements system.
Staff Services:
- Conduct all agency transactions with constituents in a manner that meets the highest level of customer service.
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and capabilities.
- Create and maintain a Business Continuity Plan to ensure continued operation in the event of significant change to the organizational structure and operation of the agency.
Public Information:
- Keep constituents informed.
- Produce and disseminate an annual report.
