The TSET Board of Directors and staff understand that as stewards of this Trust, each has the responsibility to apply best practices in how funds are used to benefit the health of the citizens of our state. By investing in our Grantees, we strive to support continual improvement in the health of all Oklahomans.

Most TSET grant awards follow a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. However, in Fiscal Year 2008 TSET initiated an annual process for accepting Unsolicited Proposals to identify and respond to emerging opportunities that promote health in Oklahoma, primarily through tobacco control, or nutrition and fitness. In addition, TSET has recently launched a process for accepting applications for conference and training sponsorships.
