Oklahoma law requires businesses to bring unclaimed property to the State Treasurer's Office on an annual basis. To help businesses come into compliance with Oklahoma's unclaimed property laws, we offer a Compliance Assistance Program to give companies up to one year to meet the legal requirements for unclaimed property reporting. By participating in the program, businesses can avoid paying penalties and interest.
