Unclaimed Property Compliance Assistance  

Oklahoma law requires businesses to bring unclaimed property to the State Treasurer's Office on an annual basis. To help businesses come into compliance with Oklahoma's unclaimed property laws, we are offering a Compliance Assistance Program giving your company up to one year to meet the legal requirements for unclaimed property reporting. By participating in the program, businesses can avoid paying penalties and interest. 

 
To register your business in the program, please follow these steps:
