The State Treasurer’s office offers authorized state agencies the opportunity to invest funds in OK INVEST. Managed by the State Treasurer’s office, OK INVEST offers increased earnings because the program is administered internally with no management fees. OK INVEST combines agency investments with investments of the state’s surplus funds.

OK INVEST is governed by Oklahoma Statutes and the State Treasurer’s Investment Policy. The current State Treasurer’s Investment Policy is available at www.treasurer.ok.gov under “Investing for Oklahoma.”

The OK INVEST Information Statement explains the management of the program, restriction on certain withdrawals, risks associated with investing in the program, investments that are excluded from OK INVEST, securities lending, interest allocation methodology and account reporting.
