User Access to Online Applications

All state agencies are responsible for maintaining current, accurate access authorities for banking applications
hosted by the State Treasurer's Office.  The following procedures should be followed by all state agencies to
ensure that their access records are properly authorized, kept up to date, and correct.

  1. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have the authority to enroll, change, update or delete user access
(changes to the CFO's access will require the approval of the Agency Director).

  2. The enrollment of new personnel or the need to change the entitlements authorized for existing users will
require the CFO to approve the appropriate forms as specified below and send this information to State
    Treasurer's Office, Banking Services Division.

  3. In the event of a termination or dismissal, the respective Agency should send an e-mail to the State Treasurer's
    Office, Banking Services Division,
Banking Services@www.treasurer.ok.gov specifying the user to be deleted.

  4. All Online Access User Request Forms must be typed and sent via interoffice mail or faxed to the State Treasurer's
Office, Banking Services Division at (405) 521-4176.  No handwritten forms will be accepted.
