Who Can Benefit?

Adults — Do you find yourself making time for family and work, but little time for you? Strong and Healthy Oklahoma can teach you how to make time to be healthier where you live, work and learn.

Older Adults — Have you ever thought it is too late to start taking care of your health? Just remember, it is never too late to find fun ways to spend time being active and eating your way to better health.
