I started up smoking again about 5 or 6 years ago. I couldn't sleep in the bed. Or I wouldn't go outside and do anything at all. And I had long hair and I guess scared some folks. But anyway I stopped smoking. At first I wasn't really serious. I decided to quit smoking with the help of cigarette medicine but after it gave me a allergic reaction I quit cold turkey with Jehovah's help. I am even walking on a treadmill for 30 minutes a day. Has new clothes and wants to enjoy life and go to Kingdom Hall and talk to people.
