HealthChoice developed a flyer to inform our Network Providers about the new preventive services available to members and covered dependents. The flyer also announces the new (Help Check) program available to primary members of the HealthChoice High Option, Basic, USA, and S-Account Plans. The flyer contains information about the program and provides details about filing claims.
