Network Referrals

HealthChoice contracts require providers to make reasonable efforts to refer covered members to participating HealthChoice Network Providers for medically necessary services that the physician cannot or chooses not to provide. Failure of the physician to use Network Providers may result in a review pursuant to the credentialing plan.
