Fee Schedule Update for Services When the Patient is Not Present

Effective October 1, 2011, the HealthChoice and Department of Corrections (DOC) physician and outpatient fee schedules will be updated to show NC (not covered) for procedures and services provided when the patient is not present. Historically, no coverage has been available for services performed when the patient is not present. Following is a list and description of the CPT Codes that will show NC as the reimbursement fee. Note: CPT Code 99308 was listed in error.

| 99339 | Domicile/rest home care oversight w/o patient present; 15-29 minutes |
