Additional Claim Info

If you receive a Remittance Advice and/or a letter requesting additional information needed to complete a processing of a claim, please be sure to include the member ID number and the claim number when returning that information to HP. Claims are closed until the required information is received, but once the information is received, the claim is processed without resubmission.
