HealthChoice encourages its members and dependents to join the HealthChoice Walking Club. Walking is one of the easiest types of exercise to do, and one of the most beneficial for your overall health and well-being. We also offer our members incentives for walking every 100 miles up to 1,000 miles. This requires the members to send us their completed log sheets (or copies) to be recorded. This is an ongoing program that can be started at any time and be done at your own pace. Please read the following exercise caution. |

1. Do you have heart trouble?
2. Do you have undiagnosed chest pains?
3. Do you have high blood pressure?
4. Do you often feel faint or dizzy?
5. Do you have arthritis or any other bone or joint problems that might be aggravated by improper exercise?
6. Do you have diabetes?
7. Men over age 40 who have been inactive or who have 2 or more risk factors for heart disease (cholesterol over 200, blood pressure over 140/90, diabetes, or a family history of heart disease before age 45).
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, please check with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
