OAAP Testing Data Correction
Overview
Districts will use the Accountability (A – F Report Card) application to complete OAAP assessment “Post-Code” record editing. This is the same application that is used to complete the grades 3 - 8 and EOI post-code record editing. In years past, record editing was completed through the testing vendor; this year it will be completed through Single Sign-On in the Accountability (A-F Report Cards) application.
Districts will need to CERTIFY assessment demographics and testing status during the 30-day correction window for accurate calculation of their A-F report cards. After this window, assessment data will be submitted as is for A – F calculations.
