Notices of Rulemaking Intent from the State Board of Education are published in the Oklahoma Register by the Oklahoma Secretary of State's Office of Administrative Rules. Notices of Rulemaking Intent contain information regarding proposed administrative rules, including information regarding public comment periods, public hearings, and summaries of proposed rules under consideration. Please see below for information and updates regarding the status of administrative rules being considered by the State Board of Education for adoption in 2013.
The public is invited to submit comments on proposed changes to administrative rules during the open public comment periods via email at rules@sde.ok.gov.
