It's time to Kick-Off our year!Join us as we kick-off the new grant year at the Embassy Suites in Norman! Our theme this year - Stepping Up Our Game, will help us focus on successful strategies for providing quality expanded learning opportunities for your students. Grantees are encouraged to invite program leaders and community partners to participate as a part of your 21st CCLC team!

12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
New Grantee Meeting – This day will focus on new grantees awarded during the 2014 – 2015 application cycle. New directors from existing programs and grantees that have been re-awarded are also encouraged to attend. This half-day session will provide a grant overview with information on guidelines, evaluation, monitoring and reporting.

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Kick-Off Meeting – As we kick-off another year, grantees are urged to bring a leadership team of individuals that are highly invested in and directly involved with the development, planning and implementation of your 21st CCLC program to this full-day event.
As the program director, we encourage you to bring a team of about 3 key program leaders which might include:
- Site coordinator(s)
- Superintendent
- Principal
- Community partners (we want to see your partners there with you this year!)
- Program staff
- Claims or federal program staff
The day will focus on the overall purpose of the program, updates on guidelines, opportunities to network with other grantees and ideas for Stepping Up the quality of your program. All grantees are required to have representation at this meeting.
*Bring a copy of your grant application to assist you in the program planning part of our day!

New Grantee Wrap–Up - This morning will be for our new grantees only. We will spend time together exploring your questions for the 21st CCLC staff, coaches and experienced grant directors. New directors from existing programs are also invited to join us.
