The Oklahoma State Accrediting Agency (SAA) is the approval authority in the State of Oklahoma of programs of education and training for those enrolled in school and job training programs under the G.I. Bill.

| SAA Objectives |
 |
- Strives to insure quality instruction and ethical administration for every veteran/eligible person and reservist who enters an approved program of education or training.
- Inspects, approves and supervises programs offered by qualified educational institutions and training establishments, as well as organizations offering tests for licensing and certification.
- Provides in-depth technical assistance, outreach and liaison with all related organizations, agencies, individuals and activities.
- Provides outreach to veterans and job training establishments and conducts G.I. Bill education presentations at transition assistance briefings for all service members exiting military service in the State of Oklahoma.
