| A program or course offered by a school in Oklahoma must be approved by the Oklahoma State Accrediting Agency (SAA) before an eligible veteran; or service person; or war orphan, dependent or widow of a totally disabled veteran can receive educational benefits. |

| The SAA does not recommend or endorse any particular school. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' list of Oklahoma approved schools are those that have been found to be in compliance with minimum standards and regulations. New schools, new courses and new programs are continually being added to or deleted from this list. |
