Applications for Professional Engineer Licensure

Choose one of the following forms to pursue licensure as a Professional Engineer.

Special Testing Accommodations:

Firm Practice

If you plan to practice engineering and/or surveying services through a firm you must download the Certificate of Authorization application and submit it along with your PE and/or LS application.
