Be part of the event! Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Oklahoma State Webmanagers Group Fall 2012 Conference: Innovation and Modernization on October 15-16, 2012 at Metro Technology Center in Oklahoma City.
2012 marks the second year of OSWG's premier two-day conference for local, state and federal government webmasters. This two-day statewide conference is created specifically for local and state government webmasters, web managers, public information officers, communication specialists, IT program managers, administrators and individuals interested in web development techniques, accessibility and IT communications technologies.
We have sponsorship opportunities in the amounts of $250. Sponsors receive the following benefits:
- Exhibition Space: 6-foot, 8-foot or round table. Tablecloths and skirting provided by Metro Technology Center
- Distribution of your materials
- Logo placement on conference website and any general conference documents
- Recognition of sponsorships during luncheon Friday, October 16
- Full attendee list – post conference
- One conference pass (for both days)

Terms and Conditions
OSWG reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in the acceptance or refusal of applications. The sponsor agrees to pay in full all amounts due by the dates set forth. Sponsor may not re-assign any booth allotted to them. Neither OSWG or Metro Tech will be responsible for the safety or the property of the sponsors from theft, damage by fire, accident or other causes. OSWG nor any of their officers, agents, employees or representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability or liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any property of the sponsor or any of its officers, agents, employees or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, employees or other causes except for acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. OSWG will not obtain insurance against any such damage, loss, harm or injury. Promotional activity is limited to the area(s) designated for sponsor display, unless specifically permitted by OSWG. No signs or articles can be affixed, nailed, or otherwise attached to walls, doors, etc., in such a manner as to damage them. All sponsors are subject to these restrictions. Sponsor may not schedule other events such as receptions, breakfasts, luncheons or dinners during the official OSWG conference hours or while the conference is in progress. All points not covered are subject to the decision of OSWG. In the event the OSWG conference is canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the organization, OSWG shall not be held liable for failure to hold the OSWG Fall 2011 Conference as scheduled, and OSWG shall contact sponsors regarding refunds.
